Customers agree to use the Avesth website only for lawful purposes and not for fraud, abuse, interference, or unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Avesth may suspend access, cancel orders, or restrict accounts if suspicious, abusive, or harmful activity is detected.

Avesth works to present product details, prices, colors, and availability as accurately as possible, but minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handmade variation, or stock updates.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, descriptions, stock levels, or website errors at any time, including after an order is placed.

An order is not considered finally accepted until payment is verified and Avesth confirms fulfillment. We may decline or cancel orders that cannot be verified, appear fraudulent, or fall outside our service limits.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.

If an account is used without authorization, the customer should contact Avesth immediately so we can help secure the account.

All website content, branding, imagery, copy, design elements, and product presentation belong to Avesth unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Use of the website does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the customer.
