Order Cancellation Policy

Avesth understands that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. Because we may begin processing or preparing an item quickly, cancellations are only possible within limited conditions.

Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order enters processing, packing, personalization, or shipment, whichever happens first.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. The request must be reviewed and confirmed by Avesth.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders that have already shipped, been packed for dispatch, been altered, or entered custom production cannot be cancelled.

Orders containing personalized, made-to-order, or special-request products may become non-cancellable immediately after confirmation.

Approved Cancellation Refunds

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method, subject to any non-recoverable transaction or service fees where permitted by law.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

Customers should contact Avesth as quickly as possible with the order number, purchase name, and reason for cancellation.

Fast contact gives the best chance of approval, especially during high-volume or launch periods when orders move into fulfillment quickly.
