Return Policy

Avesth accepts returns on eligible items when the product is unused and returned in original condition. Because many of our garments and heritage pieces are limited or carefully finished, returns must follow the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

Customers may request a return for eligible ready-to-wear products within 7 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and sent back with original tags, packaging, and accessories.

A return request must be approved by Avesth before the item is shipped back. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, personalized products, altered garments, innerwear, final-sale items, and products marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Items showing signs of wear, perfume, washing, damage, or missing tags may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Avesth.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, because Avesth is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection And Resolution

After the returned item is received, Avesth will inspect it before approving a refund, store credit, or exchange where available.

If a return does not meet the return conditions, the item may be shipped back to the customer without refund.
